Great effect with the satin/gloss flames :handgestures-thumbup:

I just stirring :obscene-birdiedoublegreen:

Best part about having a heap of power in a drift car is the mega powerslides out of a corner.... Worst part is catching it again. :handgestures-thumbup:
Cant wait till I have time off to come over for a spin.

Yeah it should be fun!
They are "diamond cut" so you can wind on some camber for looks but maintain a flat, all be it smaller, contact patch

Hey There guys,
I only just got into crawling but started my rc obsession with drifting. I would probably say i'm in it for the long haul.

My chassis's are:

MST XXX-D VIP (every upgrade and 2.0CS)
Street Jam OTA-R31ML (long wheel base chassis)
HPI Cupracer (1/12)
ABC Genetic (1/12)

And here is a few of my builds (Slow net people..im sorry!)

And My latest Project, not much left of the original shell, very invested into it:

So what are people running for chassis?

I've been tempted to get a hobbyking drifter. Anyone have any thoughts on them?

I just had a "oh yeah" moment...
Larger wheels mean the back will be overdriven and slide like a counter steer setup.
I think it looks awesome!

These are the guys who are down at Monash Uni every Friday night by the way. Visitors welcomes!

Don't buy anything until you go and see what they are using and doing with them. A lot of decent fellas there who will probably let you take their car for a spin too.....bring one of your epic rigs to show them you are a serious RC lad and they will be happy to adopt you!! hehe

The cheapies are fine if you get the right one, but they can quickly run out of upgrades, then you have to start again.

I haven't been for ages tbh, but could manage a trip down for old times sake to catch up.
